I am currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Optum (which includes United Healthcare, Mass General Brigham, and some UMR plans).

For clients whose insurance I don't accept, I can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend calling your insurance company to verify your behavioral health benefits before we begin.
